This is four year professional degree programme of teacher education will run by faculty of education and Allied science of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. It aims to prepare teachers for the elementary stage of education i.e., for class I to VIII. In addition the programme prepares students for a wide range of professional and academic options in elementary education including teaching in elementary schools with special orientation for government schools, leading elementary school system in various capacities, 
teaching and research in elementary education in the government and non-government sector,  pursing post-graduate and research studies in education and other disciplines and working as teacher educators in various state Institutes and University Departments/Colleges offering programmes in elementary education.

After B.El.Ed. you can apply for Teacher, Instructor, student counselor, content writer, curriculum developer and Associate education developer. After doing B.El.Ed. a student can also do post-graduation like M.Ed., M.El.Ed. and prepare for civil service.
