Refund & Withdrawal Policy

  1. All applications for Admission Withdrawal shall be submitted in prescribed format as attached with the policy.
  2. Date of withdrawal for above purpose is the date when duly signed copy of completely filled Form (In person) is submitted to Admissions Office in prescribed Admission Withdrawal Form filled by the prospective student along with relevant enclosures. Date of any telephonic / face-to-face conversation without Admission Withdrawal Form will not be considered for the purpose of withdrawal / date of withdrawal.
  3. The College has the right to cancel the admission of any student, if he/she fails to pay the applicable fee by the due date or fails to submit mandatory documents as mentioned in respective Provisional Admission Letter, or, the student absents himself / herself from the college without seeking approval. In such case, refund, if any, shall be governed as per the applicable policy.

  1. Last date of admission for every course will be notified on our website and college notice board.
  2. The Registration Fee Admission Fee are non-refundable. Registration & Admission fees, once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
  3. All withdrawal applications will be processed by the Accounts Office of JPM PG college on recommendations of the Managing Director.
  4. Any scholarship, if granted for admission, will not be considered for calculation of refund fee amount.
  5. If student cancels the admission after registration, then 10% of 1st instalment is deducted and the rest is refunded back to the student.
  6. In case, the student reports to attend the Programme and subsequently applies for withdrawal, no amount will be refunded to the student.
  7. If deductible amount is more than the amount paid by the student, differential amount will be adjusted from any other amount paid by the student.
  8. While calculating the refund, if there are any dues in any account of the student, the same will be adjusted first and then the balance amount will be refunded to the student.
  9. No admission is considered as Auto withdrawal until required formalities are completed as per policy.
  10. No interest is paid on refund of any fees/deposit.
  11. The above refund rule information is indicative only and JPM PG College reserves the right to make changes as per the notifications received from the concerned statutory / regulatory authorities from time to time. Any changes made, in the above will be updated on the website.
  1. If the student withdraws before the commencement of classes, only Rs. 500/- shall be deducted as processing charges and balance shall be refunded.
  2. If the student withdraws after the commencement of classes, 50% of Transport Fee shall be deducted and balance (if any) shall be refunded.

In case of non-payment of remaining fee by due date, the provisional admission shall stand cancelled.
